Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the merchandise in its original box, ensuring you include the packing slip and any promotional items or certificates of authenticity.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our concierge team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
